Shipping Information

We want to make your shopping experience at gradringspei.com simple and convenient. That's why we're pleased to offer you two ways to receive your purchase.

1) Pick up at Jewellery Plus – Store Location

Choose to have your picked up at Jewellery Plus in Prince Edward Island, and there will be no shipping charges. When you pick up your order in the store, our experienced Jewellers will be on hand to help answer any questions.

2) Delivery to Your Door

Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. For your protection, orders of $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.

Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the shipping method you select.

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

WEATHER DELAYS: Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Gradringspei.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.

CANADA POST SERVICE DISRUPTION: Customers in areas impacted by the Canada Post service disruption could experience a delay in receiving shipments. While we are working to maintain all delivery timelines, Canada Post issues are beyond our control.

To ensure timely delivery, you can always choose the Ship To Store OR the UPS Expedited shipping option when checking out. These shipping methods are not affected by Canada Post. For additional information, please check out www.canadapost.ca/updates.

If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Jewellery Plus / Grad Rings PEI, gradringspei.com or UPS, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, gradringspei.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.

General Shipping Information

  • Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 AM Central time or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Most packages leave our distribution centre in 1-2 business days. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, advanced order items, out of stock items, or items that require ring sizing.

  • Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $1,000 or more for your protection. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.

  • Normal processing times are required with the Ship-to-Store delivery process.

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.

  • P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via Canada Post and will require additional time for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Day

Gradringspei.com understands the importance of receiving your item on time for that special occasion. Using the following information will assist you in determining the delivery date of your package.

Add time based on the shipping method selected:

  • UPS Expedited: 2 business days

  • Canada Post Regular Parcel™: within 5 business days

Customers can request their UPS tracking number from Jewellery Plus / Grad Rings PEI by calling 902-888-2555 or by checking your order details in Order Status after the information becomes available.

FMO/CFPO and P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via Canada Post and will require additional time for delivery.

Returns And Exchange Policy

At Jewellery Plus / Grad Rings PEI, we strive to provide each and every Guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.

Jewellery Plus / Grad Rings PEI Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry, and within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date.

  • Jewellery must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.

  • Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.

  • Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special order watches.

  • Cash refunds are issued to the original purchaser with original sales receipt.

  • Cash refunds over $200 are made by check issued from the corporate office within 21 days.

  • Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.

  • Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.

  • Now Offering Free Returns by Mail: Purchases made online can be returned by mail up to 30 days after the purchase was shipped orders can also be returned to your local store up to 30 days after the purchase was shipped.

In‐Store Purchases

Purchases made at a Jewellery Plus / Grad Rings PEI store MUST be returned to Jewellery Plus / Grad Rings PEI. These items may NOT be returned by mail.

Online Purchases

If you purchased your item online, you can return your item to Jewellery Plus / Grad Rings PEI store. 

Returns to the store must include the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure a full credit.

The store associate will process your return. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return By Mail

  1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our store immediately at 902-888-2555 Please read the information on your original packing slip.

  2. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.

  3. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

  1. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution centre.

  2. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Return to Jewellery Plus Retail Store

Please note the following exception: If you made your purchase using PayPal, eGift Card or the combination of a gift card with a credit card, your items must be returned to the Online Store.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Place the item securely in the original package.

  2. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout.

  3. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with paperwork (such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure a full credit.

  4. Take the package to Jewellery Plus, in Summerside Prince Edward Island.

  5. The store associate will process your return. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damage, defective, or incorrect item.
